WOYWW 715

Hello everyone, I've actually got myself here (sort of) on time today instead of thinking 'Oh Blow' (or some such words) at around 10pm!

I'm talking about What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday hosted by lovely Julia at the Stamping Ground

It's not that there is a great deal on my desk at the moment as I am still in the middle of THE BIG TIDY, but I have at least collected some things together to make a journal page - I've even glued down the background and done some stencilling!

The string and elastic bands are waiting to be found homes - having been made homeless when I threw loads away from the drawer they were in.

Give me a couple more weeks and I will be able to show you the BIG TRANSFORMATION, although we will have to stay in more! I am already finding it easier to get across to the window!

Off for some quick visits now.....and more later on. I want to make use of the returning sunlight!

Thanks for looking, Chris

That's some big journal you got there, compared by the string and stuff that's laying around. How big is it? I find myself working big-small-big-small in my journals, both have their problems and (dis)advanvantages... Good luck with the tidy & cleaning job, it is rewarding in the end, I know from experience ;) Thanks for visiting my blog yesterday, have a lovely day/week! Hug from Holland, Marit #6

Good for you for not giving up on The Big Tidy! I know what those big jobs are like. Last spring I did a big tidy on our garage, and now there's a van in it! Your journal page is very pretty so far! Have a great week, Lindart #19

Lovely to see you here . . I know what you mean about missing the posting!
Love the colours you're using, they look really rich.
Carry on tidying but don't over do it.

Hello Chris, how fab to see you. Loving the beautiful rich colours on your desk,, that’s going to be a stunning journal page. The rubber bands and string in our house have migrated from the garage to the drawer of cr** in the kitchen and are now in my workroom looking homeless because I swear he forget where he gets things from and so just leaves them like little presents for me. I think I’m going to put them in my very reduced ribbon box and see how he likes finding them!

Good morning, Chris
Thanks for your visit. Must be the on-set of spring that has us trying to find order in our spaces. For me, I'm just tired of the mess! LOL My creative time in the studio will be shortened a bit once I can get in the garden. Looking forward to your reveal. Creative Blessings! ~ Kelly #17
