I have a page in my A6 journal inspired mainly by the little stickers we get at Leighton Moss RSPB reserve.
I have used one here - should have left a 'handle' to pull it off the backing as it was very fiddly to get off - live and learn!!!
We don't go to Leighton Moss as often as we used to when our grandchildren were younger but still love to go on quieter days and enjoy a walk and a coffee!
I used an AALL and create stencil that has words and a butterfly on it plus some dotty/spotty stencils and sequin waste. I found some bits on my desk to roughly cut some circles and found a stray stem too! I added some Tracy Evans hearts and flower and lots of doodling!
Of course I intend joining Gill(GibbyFroggetCraftations) and her theme at Art Journal Journey - 'Inspired By'
We had our own bit of bird watching in the caravan garden the other week!
After a couple of years of waiting for bird to use it finally this year a sparrow family used it!
I had seen them way back in March checking it out so had my fingers crossed!
Hubby attempted some close ups on the last day we were there - I think if we had stayed another couple of days we would have seen them fledge as they seemed to grow so much over the few days we were there!
Thanks for looking, Chris

That's a wonderful page and that white butterfly really pops. I think that is your sticker, but it is hard to tell that. Love the bird photos too. Hope the decorating goes well and you have a great weekend. Hugs-rika
Fabulous page Chris - I love all the patterns and marks on the background especially.
Great bird photos - lovely to see the little baby being fed - we don't have any nest boxes but are enjoying all the birds collecting food and bringing their little ones to feed as well.
Thanks for sharing another page at AJJ.
Have a lovely weekend.

Your page is absolutely fabulous, Chris. I LOVE the great design and the honey bee background! Congratulations, my friend. Kisses!!!
What a fun art journal page. Your doodles add to the background and the punchinella. The butterfly and hearts made this a really fun and whimsical spread. So glad you shared it with us at Art Journal Journey.
Love the page and love seeing the bird family!! :)
Gorgeous journal page and lovely to see the trees with the bird-houses complete with inhabitants. Have a great weekend, hugs, Valerie
Beautiful page! I love the background you created with the stenciling and doodles, and the touches of gold look amazing too 😁. How lovely to see the family of sparrows nesting in your box, it must have been wonderful to watch them! Wishing you a happy Friday and weekend! J 😊 x
It is a great page Chris, lovely colours and stencils for the background.
I loved seeing the bird family, it must have been so interesting watching them you, got some super photos.
I ope you got your computer back after the decorating.
Have a good weekend.

Your page is stunning Chris! I love Tracy's new stamps!
Love the birdy photos too. The sparrows and their young would beg for scraps when we were eating on the terrace on holiday in Slovenia. If folks left a croissant lying unguarded, it didn't survive long!
Have a great weekend,

Beautiful page!
I love your page Chris, I like stencils that have lots of bits and bobs on. Those birds look so cute, it's like you've brought them up yourself isn't it. Have a lovely week, Sue xx
