This was a question asked by a presenter on the Breakfast TV programme we watch while we drink our coffee after breakfast!
Thanks to the free magazine from my favourite supermarket I have answered the question!
I painted and then used stencil on the page - using bronze and copper paints!
The rest was a little bit of tearing and a little bit of cutting before coming up with this collage!
I realise I should have shown you the original page - maybe I'll pick up another magazine and add it!!
It is my latest way to keep warm at Art Journal Journey!
Short and sweet this evening - we are off to play Scrabble with friends!
Thanks for looking, Chris

Gorgeous page, it's getting near mulled wine time here, the Christmas markets will be opening soon. Have a fun evening, hugs, Valerie
It's a great page! I am not fond of mulled wine (gives me a headache!) but it is certainly warming.
Mulled wine sounds good to me on a cooler night. Its a fantastic page Chris.

It will not be long before the Christmas market comes and I'm looking forward to it.
good night

I really enjoyed this page because it featured images from a flyer. What a great way to come up with an idea for your AJJ entry. I see you even have all the ingredients you need for good mulled wine. It's a really unusual and fun page, Chris.
Ooh, that scratchy painted background is wonderful! And the whole page is as warming and indulgent as a glass of mulled wine (any time).

Your collage is so lovely on this fabulous background - those images are super - flyers are often so useful for us in a completely other way than they are intended and YES!!! I am with you with mulled wine.
I had already one this week - but just made with apple juice instead of wine. The children's version.
Your ideas are fabulous!!!!
Happy weekend dear Chris.

Nice page. Nope, it wouldn't be too early in my world. I've actually only had mulled wine at the holidays, but I am in the holiday spirit already so I say go for it. The background has some beautiful textures and I love what you added witht he leaves etc. Happy Saturday. Hugs-Erika
Love the page and it's never too early for Mulled Wine ♥
Wonderful collage! You created a lovely background too, I love all the texture and it shows off those beautifully arranged images perfectly š. I agree with the sentiment too, mulled wine is lovely on a cold day to keep you warm so it's never too early to have some ...lol š. Wishing you a happy new week! J š
