Keep It Simple

Hello everyone, we have a new theme at Try It On Tuesday - we're going to 'Keep It Simple' this time. The Design Team have some fabulous examples to share with you - please take a look on the TIOT blog. You will also find Rules and Guidelines there too.

I love a simple fix, and when left with a few strips of cut off paper, I decided to weave them together and arrange them over some randomly stamped letters and spatters. I added a Black Cockatoo as the recipient of the card is planning (at some time ) to move to Australia. All I needed then was to add a sentiment.

I hope you will join us at Try It On Tuesday this time, as usual you have two weeks to get your entry in!

All you need to do is 'Keep It Simple'

Thanks for looking, Chris

I love the weaving Chris. And these colors are a lovely choice; a little different for you, but I like them. And that fun bird sticker too. Hope all is well. hugs-Erika

A great card Chris, love the woven strips of paper - I've been doing some ribbon weaving with the twins - I think I'll try paper after seeing this - thanks for the inspiration. Avril xx

“Keep It Simple” is such a refreshing theme choice 😊 Sometimes the cleanest ideas are the strongest ones, and it’s always inspiring to see how different creators interpret simplicity in their own style. Looking forward to seeing what the DT shares on the TIOT blog — sounds like a lovely prompt to work with ✨
