Second look on the second

Elizabeth at the Altered Book Lover has had a brilliant idea but up to now I've forgotten to prepare anything. She wants us to take a second look at something we have made in the past.
You will find the link to this in my sidebar
I have gone back to the Summer of 2013 - the year we visited my ex Sister and Brother in law in Poitiers, France. We had a lovely time and we've been invited back this Summer.
I thought I would look at some of the pages in the travel journal that I made.

I had prepared pages before I went but didn't get around to adding the photos until we came back - just a lot of doodling and cutting/ tearing and sticking while we were were away! I'm hoping to get a better sighting of the Hoopoes this year!! They visit their garden regularly!

Thanks for looking, Chrisx

Your travel journal is a wonderful way to preserve your trip. We also visited France on that same trip and sailed from Dover to Calais. Thanks for sharing and for visiting me!

Isn't it fun to revisit a travel journal? Your journal really is a pretty one and I know it holds a lot of memories.
