T stands for…taking my time!

Hi everyone! Here it is already the 8th March and I am only just showing you my calendar journal! It has been ready for a while but when I came to put it on my blog I realised that the completed February pages were very dark and it has taken until today to take another photo.
I am linking this to Art Journal Journey, the theme is 'If You Go Down To the Woods
I overstamped the single stem to create an area in my woodland that has had some old trees cut down and replaced with saplings! I think it's good that for very tree that comes down it is replaced - sometimes with more than one tree! The background was made using my Brushos.
Here are my completed February pages
Today is also the day to link to Bleubeard and Elizabeth's for T Stands For Tuesday!
Yesterday and today have a been a little bit rushed - after yesterday's dashing about here, there and everywhere, today I have been stuck in meetings. Here at our retirement complex we have a board of owners and I have been to a finance meeting this morning followed by a riotous public meeting this afternoon - everyone was happy and in good spirits by the end though and I stayed on to socialise a bit!

My drink is a cappuccino I got free at the supermarket but it was too hot to drink so I brought it home and drank it(and remembered to take the photograph before I dashed off to Choose To Change)For those that didn't see my post yesterday - I have lost 2 Stones since January 2015(that's 28 pounds or 13.7kg)I am still losing weight although not so much this last month as I am still not taking my usual exercise yet!
We got out for a walk last week while at the caravan! I love watching out for the little birds at Leighton Moss RSPB reserve and although I couldn't get a photo I saw my favourite a Nuthatch.
This is usually just a little stream but there has been so much rain this year.

Best of all though…my views from the window at the caravan!
…and Sunday. There are sheep in the field again - which means lambs…maybe before Easter.
The jackdaws were up in the tree - being noisy!

Tomorrow we are house sitting..again!

Thanks for looking, Chris

What a beautiful view from your caravan! Lucky you!
Your calendar pages are beautiful.
Elizabeth's computer freezes every time she visits my blog and gets a message 'Mozilla Firefox not responding'.I have never heard of Mozilla Firefox and am not conscious of using it... Do you get the same problem?
Have a good week,

OH WOW, I love the wonderful calendar pages and now I have an idea of how to work on my March theme. Love the bunnies running through the field.

Would have been here sooner, but had several things to attend to today. Like you, I am busy. But your busy sounds more fun than mine. Like your explanation of your meeting. And thanks for explaining what a stone is. My "english" is showing (little letter e).

Thanks for sharing your FREE cappuccino from the market. Glad you remembered to take a photo of it.

LOVE your walk and your wonderful views from the caravan. It must be a fantastic place to get away to.

Thanks for sharing your calendar pages, your walks, your caravan views, and your cappuccino with us for T this late Tuesday evening.

I have not thought a calendar page for my art journal. Are you actually creating them in your art journal. I was to do one for March. I think it is a wonderful idea. I have heard it mentioned before, but yours is the first I have seen. Both are so pretty, but March is especially appealing to me. Enjoyed all of your photos and especially the ones from the deck. What a beautiful vista. Thanks for your visit to my blog and your kind comment.genie
