WOYWW in a rush!

What you are about to see may be scary for some! For seasoned WOYWWers it MAY be normal but I just felt I should warn you! Of course Julia of the Stamping Ground encourages honesty in showing off our desks but who here hasn't had a quick tidy on occasions before daring to bare all!?!?!?
This was the desk at 7.00am this morning when I suddenly realised I had not prepared a journal to take away!

A frenzy of stencilling and spraying - papers and journal to mop up and the little travel journal with drying pages.

The reason for the early hour this morning is that tomorrow at a taxi is coming to take us to the airport and we're off to Italy again - Florence and Rome this time at our own pace.

You will be pleased to know that an hour ago things looked a lot better and I have a journal to take!
I may do a little more before I go as we are all packed apart from a few last minute things - here it is beside my DVD case which will hold all my supplies.

I will get around to visit some desks tonight and while we are away we can get free wi-fi so there may be some late visiting too!

Back soon! Chris

I don't think your desk looked messy at all and well done for getting your journal done in time. Hope you have a wonderful trip, I guess that means you might not be at Port Sunlight then? I think you will have more fun that we will. Take care. Hugs, Anne xx

I somehow doubt I made it before you leave for the airport, but I hope you have a super incredible trip. Please take lots of photos, because I'm big on photos that don't include desks (grin). Just ask LLJ!! Thanks for taking time out of your busy day to leave me a kind comment. That was super sweet of you, because you're so good at that. I'll miss you while you're gone, but I know you're going to have a super time.

Bit late to wish you 'Bon voyage' Chris but still hope you have a lovely time. Have visited Florence before but Rome is still on our wish list. Hope you take lots of photos to share when you are back. Love sprats and must follow your example with the light touch, I'm far to heavy handed.
Thanks for visiting yesterday.

Hi Chris, thanks for visiting, we had a lovely day on the boat.
You clearly had a busy desk for a while there, I love the masks and the inks. What a super way to prepare a journal to take with you.
Have a wonderful time in Italy, I am very envious, love Italy, although not been for many years now.

Gosh Chris, you have some energy and will power to do all that at 7 am! I guess you won't be at Port Sunny then but you will be somewhere sunny (sunnier than PS I guess). have a good holiday.
See you later
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me - Neet 26 xx
