Research - Ha! Ha!

I had this unfinished page for ages and didn't have a clue where it was going - then I found this quote in a book I picked up in book shop!(Didn't buy the book but remembered the quote)

As you can see - it had washi tape over parts of it but it just didn't look right. A lot of this page has been painted out but I'm quite happy with it now - after all, it's research right?
Thanks for looking, Chris

Hello Chris, I am so excited to have found your lovely blog. I am also retired.
I was the activity director at an assisted living home. I made so many friends there that now I go back and volunteer for special events and play my music and sing to the old folks there. One of these days, I'll be one of them, LOL.
Your journal pages and greeting cards are outstanding. I am your newest follower, please come visit and follow me back. I enjoy making new friends, especially with bloggers as talented as you are :)

Brilliant quote Chris, love that and I love your colour too. Great journal page. That big old door stamp is not all that big, it's only about 2.5" across. I just have a very small ledger that I did the page in. Keep having painty fun. Michelle x
