Hi everyone, I have another page for Neet's Type theme at Art Journal Journey today.
I am sure I am not the only one who puts off writing those letters you really don't want to write, or the book you promised you would write one day or writing to someone you wish you hadn't lost touch with.
During the first lockdown last year those kind of thoughts went through my head but still most of the things I planned haven't been written.
My page is about just that...
The top quote is a Paper Artsy one 'Don't wait, the time will never be just right'
The second quote at the bottom is by Kaisercraft (I think) and is about 'that book'....will it ever happen??
Thanks for looking, Chris

I think the same things. You made a super page to to represent those thoughts and it works for Neet's challenge too. I love all the text Chris. Hope you have a great weekend. Hugs-Erika
Nothing like making us all feel a little guilty of one or two on that list. Ha! That’s a great topic to make a type journal page about. I love all the different styles and sizes of type all over the page. And the minimum of colors used is so appealing.
Every day we have is special-I try not to forget that especially being a senior now. Beautiful page Chris
Fabulous page Chris! Love all the types. Have a great day, Valerie
What a super post Chris - and what true words you have spoken. I have been very lax with one friend atg staying in touch and I have no excuse. Now I ponder how to start, guess I should just take the bull by the horns - you have inspired me to do just that. No real excuses these days with instant mail in so many forms.
Love how you have used all those different types of lettering, different sizes too. The typewriter image was a good and timely find for my theme at AJJ wasn't it.
Thanks for another lovely page Chris
Hugs, Neet xx
I love this page Chris, it's fabulous!
Sorry to be so late visiting. On Friday, I was without power for over 16 hours. I am hugging my AC about now after suffering ~ 40 C heat for a full day!
I've been writing a book since I graduated from college. Guess I should say rewriting, because I have changed it so many times, it is nothing like my original syllabus. Your journal page really hit home, Chris. Thankfully, I don't have to use that old typewriter, but it works so well with your beautiful page. Thanks for sharing this with us at Art Journal Journey using Neet's great theme.
Such a beautiful page! Love the blues and browns that you used and the stencil s and stamps are perfect 😀. Wishing you a happy new week! Hugs Jo x
