I have wanted to join in with the new challenge set by Erika at Art Journal Journey since I saw the theme she had set! Tell Me a Story/every journal page tells a story is such an great one to start the year!
My page at first seem to be full of fun but it didn't start like that!
It has been in my journal since way back in November when I had a cold and it was a very gloomy looking affair and I just keep flipping past it with no plan to show it on my blog!
The other day the sun was shining and I came across it again - I grabbed some bright colours and coloured over those gloomy ones and added some more doodling!
The stamped image and some of the doodles are from a Paper Artsy one by Elenazinskiart and I love the little monsters and they are coming away with me this weekend!
Thanks for looking, Chris

I think you really made this a happy page, but I can see where it started as one you made when you had a cold. I love the fun feel, and hopefully, no more colds. They're going round here with tons of people sick-all I am trying to do is stay healthy. Hugs-Erika
What a fun page, thanks for joining us again at AJJ and have BIG fun out and about with your little monsters! Hugs, Valerie
Glad you came back to finish your page Chris - it's fun and fab!
Love that monster!

What a fabulous page, Chris. Looks like you made it very colorful. Have fun this weekend while I freeze my a$$ off at home.
Well, it was definitely worth the wait! I love how you've layered colour over the gloom, but we still have that ominous cloud hovering (perfectly positioned for your Zinski monster to look at askance!). Fabulous, fabulous page!
