Hi everyone, I've gone a roundabout way with my post today, first a tag - inspired by Erika.
I had something else in mind but as we are now planning our first two trips the year I did have travel on my mind so when I saw Erika's Alice In Wonderland tag it had the word 'Adventure' it led me to making this tag.
I'm sure many of you know of our love of France (Ok - me more than hubby!) so it was there I first thought of.
Last year we certainly had an adventure and drove in France for the first time in over 20 years. We loved it so much that this year we hope to take two road trips in France!
I am joining in at Tag Tuesday and Valerie's 'New Year, New Beginnings' theme.
Now for my other 'liberty'
Usually I make a brand new page each time for Art Journal Journey. This month Mia has the theme - 'Use a Photo' which had me looking through old photos which then led to me looking at some pages from way back before I had a blog.

I'm glad I could inspire you Chris. Two trips to France sounds fantastic. And worth making a tag about. You have some super bits and pieces to use too. And I love these photos of your granddaughter hamming it up. Is this the same daughter you went to Paris with last summer? I think it's a great page for AJJ, and I enjoy seeing what you used to do for art. It's as fun as your pages now, but isn't how we evolve our art styles over time so fun to see? What an adorable grand daughter. Love the glasses. Isn't it funny how they pose when they have them on the end of their nose?
