Wanderlust light!

Hi everyone, last week hubby and I made our Everything Art Wanderlust pages. The class was hosted by Marta Laposka.

We both used the same technique, as demonstrated by Marta but what difference in our pages.

This mine, which looks quite similar to the demo pages

Here is hubby's

As you can see hubby is much more adventurous than I am....I really love his page!

We have both made further pages using the same technique, which I will show you soon

For now I won't give details as it wouldn't be fair to Everything Art who run the classes.

As there are lots of light areas I am joining in at Art Journal Journey and Vicki's 'Into The Light' theme.

Thanks for looking, Chris

I really love how you do these pages together Chris. I agree with you, your husband's page is really eye catching. Saying that, I love yours too. Yours is perfect for Vicki's challenge. I'm loving how you used the scrap edges too. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. hugs-Erika

That is wonderful that you do your Wanderlust pages together! I'm not signed up this year so it is fun to see what types of projects you are doing together. Have a great Sunday! :)

I love looking at images where everyone has the same technique/directions, but the pages all look so different.

Now how cool is that your hubby creates along with you! They are both really amazing using the same technique and I love the approach each of you have taken in your own ways! That sounds like an interesting technique! I love how you've made the darkened areas with the spots of white for the contrast! Great job for you both! Thank you both for sharing your wonderful inspiration using my theme for AJJ!

I do like both pages, and I must say I am an admirer of Marta. Long time since I joined in with her but she does some beautiful work.
I liker the way hubby has gone with his page and can see why you feel he is more adventurous but saying that both pages have certainly got appeal in them.
Hope you are well
Hugs, Neet xx
