Hi everyone, we've had a few things to sort out so I'm a little late with this.
The leak in our kitchen, fortunately turned out to easier to fix than everyone had predicted and we came back to a slightly smaller pan cupboard but nothing else had been moved. While we had everything out of the cupboards we had a big clear out of things that weren't being used.
My medication is still not right, but with a few changes there are already improvements.
We had our flu jabs and next week will be Covid Booster time.
I had a visit to the hygienist - all OK!
So, here is my spread for this month.
I used different coloured inks through a That's Crafty mini stencil. I added some rice paper images with clocks and gears on the images and an Autumn image from a magazine I bought in France. 'November' was stamped with Aall and Create, Tracy Evans letters. Here is September filled in (note - if you want to wait for my photos - every Tuesday - don't read the squares!)
If you do read it you will see we had some busy days.
I thought you might like to see the first two pages go my Travel Journal
This is a fold out page with some of the food(mainly fruit )stickers
I am linking to Art Journal Journey and Neet's 'In Gear' theme.
Thanks for looking, Chris
Stay healthy and creative
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday
much💛love
You've been busy Chris. I had my jabs together and then spent a day under the weather. Hope yours went well. And nice calendar and those are fun couple pages of your travel journal. I love all the stickers, Those are very fun! Apples are perfect for this time of year. Have a great start to your weekend. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteOur surgery is in need of a good stiff letter from me at the moment - not had any jabs as yet (supposed to be extremely vulnerable and can't get one) so am off to a clinic on the nhs and a pharmacy for the flu.
ReplyDeleteLove your calendar for this month. The lovely autumnal colours really lend themselves to steampunk images being used. This is great Chris and thank you so much for another page for my theme at AJJ.
Hope you get your health worries sorted soon.
Hugs, Neet xx
Your month was a busy one. Glad the leak in the kitchen is fixed. I enjoyed looking at your travel journal. Your Hubs is such a good sport posing for pictures. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteSorry they still don't have your meds right. Hope they get it worked out soon. Nice that the kitchen leak wasn't as bad as expected. I should go through mine and get rid of things I will never ever use.
ReplyDeleteLoved your travel journal pages. What a clever way to exotend the page. T looked happy there, too.
You certainly went all out on the gears and clocks. Very nicely done, Chris. Great for Neet's theme at AJJ, too. Now I'm off to read your Sept. calendar pages.
