Back In Gear

Hi everyone, I add a 'Hopefully' to that. I have a had a few 'moments' this last week but saw my usual Diabetes nurse when I she came to do the Flu Jabs at our Retirement complex. I am looking forward to getting back to her but this next week I have an appointment with her boss(who saw me while nurse was away)

I have been sorting out my scraps and throwing rubbish away as I want to start to use some of my posh papers(such as I have used on my page.)

The papers are from the Lady Vagabond collection by Stamperia and I used an inky stencilled background and some Tim Holtz paper dolls.

I'm of course joining Neet, who is hosting at Art Journal Journey this month with her 'In Gear' theme.

I saw a photo of a friend's grandson today and it made me think of my own Grandchildren and how quickly they grew up. How fast does 'one day at at time' happen?

Thanks for looking, Chris

  1. You used those paper images perfectly Chris. This is a cool page. And you are also right about those one days at a time. One day after one day add up far too quickly, doesn't it? Happy new week Chris.

  2. Love your page using the posh papers from Stamperia. Absolutely perfect for the theme, 'in gear', I chose at AJJ. Like the clever way you have balanced the clocks and gears with the girls you chose to use and I notice there are some fabulous watches showing all their gears. Perfect!
Thanks so much for joining in again Chris, a fabulous page.
Hope you start to feel much better soon, good luck with the boss nurse.
    Hugs, neet xx

  3. I like your lay out;the clocks as the main role referring the theme, have the headrole and the girls are a nice addition 😍👍
