Wonderful World

Hi everyone, I have another page for Matilde's 'Birds' theme at Art Journal Journey.

It is also the page I made for the latest Wanderlust lesson by Tammy Garcia.

Tammy suggested we use a song as our inspiration - I chose Louis Armstrong's 'What A wonderful world' as mine, as it is a song I often find myself singing while we are out on our walks.

I added some magazine and book pics but also added some stamped elements, including the trees which I stamped onto the mop up paper I was using to clean my 'credit card' and other tools that I had been using to add the marks across the middle.

Hubby also made a page based on Joan Armatrading's 'Me, Myself, I' song

That's it for now as we are off out to somewhere we haven't been to for years, yes I will take photos!!

Thanks for looking, Chris

  1. These are both super pages and I like how they went in such opposite directions. You have a great spring bird page. It is perfect for Matilde's challenge at AJJ and fun to see. And the hubby's guitar has daffodils? I love that. It is surprising and fun. I hope you had a nice outing, And I hope the week is going well. Hugs-Erika

With that said, first journal is my favourite.
