I've actually managed some crafting time this weekend.
First a tag for Tag Tuesday- Sandie's theme is 'Using book Pages'
Just based on something that has happened recently - the look on the Aall and Create Janet Klein bird's face says it all! This page started with a tissue handkerchief layer onto a Kraft page to which I had added blue paint.
I used a Stamperia stencil then coloured in the mushrooms and added some white pen marks (Thanks to Elle of Empire Of The Cat for reminding me to use my white pens more)
This page is of course for Tracey's 'My Favourite Colour is Autumn' theme at Art Journal Journey.
Thanks for looking, Chris
Hi Chris, glad you got your tag done on time! Love the bird, although it doesn't look happy. Great journal page, too, love the colours you used. Have a good week, hugs, Valerie

Love the tag Chris, I hear where your coming from with the sentiment.. Honesty is a very important thing to me, so sad when people have to tell a tale or two. Adore you journal page with the painted fungi and leaves, that white pen really gives the illusion of light. Thanks again for sharing another page based around my AJJ theme, beautiful work.
ReplyDeleteHugs Tracey xx
I have NO idea how I missed this, Chris. LOVE the tag. It is hilarious and holds so much truth at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI love that page you created for AJJ. I love the leaves you outlined in white pen and the mushrooms/fungi. It is beautiful and a great addition to Tracey's theme, too.
