I am always fascinated by rainbows and we can expect a few as Spring progresses!
I have used one of my favourite stamps for this tag - a wooden Rubber Stampede Stamp that I bought in Morecambe a few years ago!
The rainbow was in a freebie set and the raindrops I think are from Inkylicicious. I put stickles on the raindrops before covering them with Glossy accents. The background is made with Distress Oxides and water.
Just by chance we saw a rainbow on our way home after a walk the other day.
This is for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - 'Whatever the Weather'
I also have a journal page for Art Journal Journey for Rosie's 'Spring' theme
I used a magazine picture of a bluebell to make an image transfer using gel medium. The background is Distress Inks, some freebie leaves and some stamps that were out on my desk. The quote is part of one of Alison Bomber's Paper Artsy set EABO2 which I masked off then drew around them.
Today has been a lovely day, one of my sons and grandchildren came over and we had a lovely walk. We are meeting up with the youngest for lunch tomorrow and I hope by now my eldest has reached his destination - their flight was delayed by four hours today!
Have a great week everyone and Thanks for looking, Chris
