Book Pages at Try It On Tuesday

If you are a bookworm then our new challenge at Try It On Tuesday may be just the challenge for you! The title of the Challenge? - Book Pages  - which gives you quite a lot of choices as you will see from the inspiring examples from the Design Team!

I have made a card to spur someone on through some difficult times.

I started by spritzing my card lightly, then sprinkling some Paper Artsy Infusions - Royal Blood and A Little Jaded - then spritzed again and made the colours blend by tilting the card around a little too.

I stamped some text randomly when the card was dry.
I stamped the Dina Wakley Scribbly Bird onto three different book pages - all with just a slight colour difference and in three different languages then paper pieced the bird together.
My bird needed something to stand on - My favourite croissant container has lovely wavy lines of corrugated card (I would still buy them even if they changed the wrapping - they are my twice monthly treat)
I coloured a strip with my new Tim Holtz Distress Crayons - I held out over these for ages as I do love my Crayola Twistable Slick Stix, but as the colours are so different I can use them alongside each other!
Finally I used the 'green bough' sentiment from Dina's set and one of Tim's small talk stickers.

We are off to our caravan this week - so please forgive me if I don't get to your blog until we get back!

Hope to see you at Try It On Tuesday!

Thanks for looking, Chris
