WOYWW 300!

300 WOYWW posts is some achievement, so congratulations to Julia at the Stamping Ground blog, for not only starting this fantastic opportunity to join other deskers around the World, but for keeping it up for 300 weeks! There are a lot of folk, including me, who love this opportunity to 'snoop'!!
So what am I going to show….
…new goodies! Mind you if you want to see the best collection of new goodies visit Helen.
Mine is just a modest collection, the two sets on the left are from Paper Warehouse, that we just happened to pass on our way home from a trip out! The little pile in the middle is from the Garden Centre craft shop at High Legh, not far from here, and on the way(sort of!) to Warrington where I went to have my hair cut yesterday. The dragonfly is free with a magazine, forgotten which one and magazine is at the caravan(static mobile home - if you are in the USA). There were also a few mundane buys which have been put away - glue, texture paste, ribbon….

Cinema report
We didn't go last week but we are off to see "Second Best Marigold Hotel" today.

I'll be around on my phone, a few stops on the way to the cinema, so may get a signal! If not, I will try to visit later.
Thanks for looking, Chris

  1. Hi Chris, love that Woodware stamp, the Buddleia one. I can see a lot of uses for that. And word stamps are always useful, aren't they? Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #37 xx

  2. Lovely set of stamps but as you say a modest collection compared to Helen's, I love flowers on cards so I'm sure you'll make lots of uses for them

  8. I love that stamp on the far left, it makes me think of lavender or wisteria and would be so pretty done in shades of purple. Lots of nice goodies on your desk this week!

    Happy woyww and happy creating,

  9. I agree that Helen puts everyone to shame with her constant buying new products. I would glad take her throw-aways (grin). You bought some gorgeous stamps, though. They will come in handy in the future, I'm sure. I especially like that one from Indigo Blue.

Thanks for explaining what caravan is to those of us who live on the other side of the pond (grin). Of course, now that I've seen it, I knew exactly what you are talking about.

Happy 300th WOYWW from #3. Yes, I'm finally playing this week!

  19. Lovely new stash!! I like the buddleia one very much...I know they're a bit like weeds, but how can you not love a plant when it's smothered in butterflies and bees in the summer? The deepest purple ones are my favourites. Hope you enjoyed the film, everyone I know who's been to see it has said it's fab!
    Happy 300th WOYWW,
    Hugs, LLJ 7 xx

  20. I don't know... you may vie with H for the most-stamps pile award :) Looking forward to seeing what you do with them. Oh and I LOVE our buddleia but we did have to have it cut back to the trunk a year ago as it was SO huge it blocked all the light into the lounge! When covered in butterflies it does look magical...
Hope you had a Happy WOYWW day!

  22. Those two stamps on the left are wonderful, i want them........ ok I must get them, yep. I think you have a great collection of goodies to play with, nobody can out do Helen when it comes to getting new stash that is for sure, but I think small purchases like this are better we can really get to look at the product. Thanks for visiting last week sorry I have not got back to you until now, life has been busy to say the least. Belated 299 WOYWW and Happy 300th WOYWW
