More Flowers

 Hi everyone, I have at last found some time to show you another Journal page for Aimeslee's Art Journal Journey theme - 'Flowers'


Sometime ago I had used some leftover ink and a Dyan Reavely stencil down both sides of the page. The primroses were fussy cut from an old calendar page and stamped an Aall and Create, Bipasha hexagon stamp down the centre of the page along with a spatter stamp.
I added a transparent label (a gift from my friend Sarah) before adding the flower. Used an HB pencil around the edge of the image to make it stand out more and also added some pencil to the stencilled leaves. 
The quote is (I think) from a Woodware set.

Try It On Tuesday still has a few more days for you to enter our 'Use A Stencil' theme

Things have been a little busy lately and I have had to start saying 'No' some things (and try not to feel guilty!)

I hope that it will be little more settled from now on and I will start to sleep better at night too!

    I've been waking up so early as the sun comes up and then I can't go back to sleep. I seem to need a nap or I'm conking out by 7 PM.
