Flowers

 Hi everyone, I can't believe how quickly April passed. 

Elizabeth's Art Journal Journey challenge brought out the best of our ways of recycling so thanks go to both Bleubeard and Elizabeth for hosting last month.

Our host this month has a theme close to my heart. Aimeslee of Paper Paisley's Art Adventures Blog has chosen 'Flowers' as May's theme.

I think you all know of my love of visiting gardens.

I used a technique you saw on my blog last month - I swiped black and charcoal acrylic paint onto my page with an old credit card. I then added added green and yellow watercolour paint following the lines down the page.

The Iris picture came from a magazine and the leaves are a stamp from a French company whose name I have forgotten. The quote is one of Alison Bomber's (Words and Pictures) Paper Artsy set.
