Winter Wonderland at TIOT

It's appropriate here in the UK that we have this new theme at Try It On Tuesday - 'Winter Wonderland' - we have been waking up to frost that looks so beautiful until you have to out wrapped up to keep warm.

The Design Team have seen so many Winter wonders - please do take a look.

I made a journal page 

The two boys have been waiting for snow for a while but the weather has been quite warm for the time of year. It snowed overnight and at long last they can go out and have a snowball fight.
I used a stencil and the end of a paintbrush to make the snow flakes.
The trees are by Tim Holtz and Artemio.

I made the page on denim coloured paper and stuck it into my journal.


The 'Winter Wonderland' theme runs for two weeks at Try It On Tuesday -

    Pretty trees. It's frosty here this morning and I'm not looking forward to going outside. I'm glad the little chaps are happy about the snow. I'm not looking forward to it.

    Those trees are stunning. The have so much texture. I love that they sit in front of that denim background. This is a beautiful scene. It also fits perfectly with your theme at Art Journal Journey, too.
