Lost

I have a new page for Tracey's 'My favourite Colour Is October' at Art Journal Journey.

I really wanted to use this Paper Artsy Lynne Perrella image 

I used of my favourite  ways of adding colour to my page - Oxide Distress inks onto my mat, spritzed and dabbed, then spritzed again on the page 

I added some Crafty Individual leaves falling around her empty branches and a Paper Artsy Courtney Franiche dots and text stamp randomly over the page.

I found the quote I wanted to use (from a Paper Artsy Alison Bomber set)  - I've had 'stuff' to deal with lately and seem to have lost the plot with some things - the black Dina Wakley tissue clouds are there for a reason!

I know what I need to do....

    Lovely page and I like the soft colors. I think we all get into fog now and again. Maybe it's the time of year. Things will clear.

    I looked keenly the background and it is rich in shapes and beautiful. The quote tells the truth of us.

    This Perrella stamp is marvelous. I love the background and the leaves you stamped show through well, too. I am sorry those word clouds are black, but I bet sun is on the way soon, dear. Thanks for sharing this with us at AJJ using Tracey's theme, my friend.
