Enjoying the scenery

Hi everyone, I am cheating a bit as most of these words were written before we came away!
I hate typing posts on my phone so here are some more photos of our trip…with just a few captions.
If I haven't been around much you can assume that weather is great and we have been enjoying wandering around in the sunshine!







As you can see I found some flowers! Carcassonne is almost as I imagined it! So beautiful with lovely cointryside all around! If I manage to post again I will have to allow myself longer - this has taken an age - glad I wrote some before I came away!

    I simply can't believe there was a PALM tree. These shots are fabulous. I know it was hard, but I certainly appreciate the effort to get these to us.

    I'm sorry to hear from your other post that Carcassonne is a bit commercialised... it's somewhere I've always wanted to go, and it looks just as I've always imagined it too. Thanks for sharing the photos.
