WOYWW 325

The wanderer returns, it really does seem ages since we spent some time at home on a Wednesday, although we are off to buy paint later on!
It's a sad, sorry desk I bring to you too! This is what greeted me this morning.
I should have tidied when I finished my tag yesterday but we had a visitor so I shut the door on my craft room and never returned to it!!
Just looking at this - 3 pairs of scissors? I only remember using one!!

Keeping this short today - trying to impress Julia - Queen of Desks at the Stamping Ground…and I did have a ramble yesterday with my photos!!

Hoping to visit lots of desks today!

Thank you for looking, Chris

  1. That is a busy desk. Is that a canvas with the flowers on. It's looking good. I'm sure you enjoyed time with your visitors last evening. Barbxx

  3. Hi Chris. It's so lovely to have a creative space you can shut the door on when visitors come isn't it? Oh to have any creative space for me at the mo :-) It will come I'm sure and I will just have to wait and be patient.
    Have a great week.

  5. Just had a quick catch up on the previous posts!!! Not had much spare time recently....tot busy planning/organising/consolidating my craft space/spaces!!! Soon it will only be in one place instead of 3. perhaps i'll have more time than to make stuff instead of wasting time looking for stuff ;)
Enjoy the rest of the summer if you get one...'cos ours down here has been atrocious!!

  7. Well, everything is relative, and in comparison to my desk it looks wonderful! Looks like the place of a creative person. Hugs, Valerie

  10. Oh Chris, you did make me laugh. How can you not remember using three pairs of scissors? Easy, I often have at least two out on my desk because I cannot see the first pair. Go figure!
    Have a good productive week.

  11. Only three pairs of scissors?? Lol, you're in good company with me and Julia...we both have loads on the go! I've got 6 pairs and use them all for different jobs....my favourites are a small but ferociously expensive pair of Fiskars, which I use for snipping all small threads when I've finished stitching..they are brilliant! I never thought I'd be a scissors geek...sigh... must be getting old, loL!!!

  12. Those little black scissors, in the back.....where did you get them and do they say made in Italy on them?? If so, where did you get them? I have two pair, and I LOVE them, but can't find them anymore.

Oh, and your desk does look very creative......but where are the new pencils I read about in your T-day post?.....LOL

Not playing WOYWW, again, but was just being nosey.....*grin*

  13. I always have several pairs of scissors around too.. they're in a jar though so people don't really spot them! Great to see you - love your desk , one day i will put colour labels on my DI inks so I can see which is which without lifting them all up! Helen 2

  14. I wasn't quite sure whether it was your desk Chris..... or mine! Lol. The only difference is that my DI labels are not coloured.... Hugs, Anne xx

  16. Wow Chris. You always have so many things going at once, I don't know how you do it.

I was putting my things you gave me away today and realized (FINALLY) these were NOT alpha stickers, but alpha STAMPS. Holy cow. I'm really, really going to have to learn how to stamp, now! Thank you, thank you, thank you again!

BTW, I'm not playing this week, so no #.

  22. Yes, mine rarely looks anything other than chaotic at the moment - trying to get back up to speed after a slow summer at the craft table. And if you can shut the door on it, who does it hurt really?!
