WOYWW 275

Another whizz of a week…..and it's WOYWW - for details go to Julia's Stamping Ground.
Last week as we were home until Thursday I actually managed to visit a fair few desks and…..we're home this week too! After posting last week we went to see 'Lucy' at the cinema - not my choice but it was actually really good - though quite violent in parts!!
Today we are off to see 'Before I go to sleep' another scary one I think so………we'll see!!
Okay, so you want to see my desk, I can delay no longer, lots of messy bits so I've given you a different angle in the hope of distracting you!

As you see bits drying all over the place! Mary Ann's cone person presiding over all! My wobbly baskets contain different size punches and behind them containers of colour coded (get me!) pens. Above my Big Shot(covered with 'stuff' at the moment) are some of my stamps - stacked in CD cases. Most of my stamps are in plastic boxes on the shelf above those - if I remember I'll show you next week! Other than that a journal page WIP, book paper for stamping onto, and of course my monster pencil case!

That's it for now, thanks for looking and I'll see you soon.

Chris

ps going to the Craft show at Event City this week if anyone wants to meet up!

I can't do scary films, I'm a real wuss...it has to be funny for me. You enjoy going to the cinema, don't you? It's such a trek for us that we tend not to bo

  7. Hi Chris. Great things on your desk this week. That stencilling is beautiful. I am so encouraged - I see desks where people talk about having a "cutting and embossing" area. I simply move things over and use the centre of my desk. To see your big shot so near and ready for use right where you are is SO good. Thank you!
Mrs D and I are off to Event City tomorrow - Thursday - when are you going? If tomorrow, do you want to meet at some point? We are travelling over from North Wales. You can find me on Margaret (dot) diddanfa (at) gmail (dot) com
    Take care. God bless.

  8. Aww. Glad the little spiky guys are keeping so many WOYWWers company. I have two or three hanging around on my desk too!

Funny I totally missed that book when it came out, still working my way thru a stack bought but not read yet :), but seeing all the buzz about the movie I may have to grab it. Reminds me of Memento, the whole memory re-boot thing, but still might be worth a go - let us know how you liked it. :)

    Happy WOYWW!

  10. Hope you enjoy the film - I bought the book the other day, not started it yet... it does say to read the book before you see the film - which probably means they've changed it lots, but as I haven't been to the cinema for years, that won't be a problem! Helen 6

  12. I love the look of your stencilling Chris, I think that is my favourite stencil ever - well until the next one probably. Will be at Event City tomorrow morning, I will keep an eye out for you. I am going with my friend Mo who will be heading straight for Anna Marie's stand.... Anne xx

  14. There's indeed a lot going on on your desk. I did enlarge the photo and viewed it all - not distracted by 'mess' 'cause I love bits and pieces sticking underneat other things (that's a bit of an odd sentence, but I'm sure you know what I mean...) I would love to open up all those cd-boxes to see the stamps inside... such a collection! Hug from Holland and happy woyww, Marit #53

  16. I think we ought to get organised a bit sooner next time the show is on at Event City as there seem to be a few going. We could all meet up one day, it would be good. Be sure to wear your WOYWW badge Chris.

  21. I don't mind seeing violent films but I am not into horror, don't like them at all. I could rummage on your desk all day and have lots of fun, such a good selection right at your finger tips. Hope you have fun at the fair. Sorry about returning your visit so late.

    Happy Crafting & Happy WOYWW
