Hi everyone! Yes, I am doing 'Halloween'. Our new theme at Try It On Tuesday is 'Halloween'. The Design Team are far more enthusiastic about Halloween than I am - please take a look here.
I did enjoy making my page though, using one of my favourite ways of covering a page with scraps of book paper. This time though I stamped an Aall and Create Spooky house slightly off centre over some spritzed Brushos before covering the page around the image.
I stamped the Crafty Individuals crow onto tissue paper and then tore off the bottom part of the cross and stuck to my page with gel medium.
Next I added spatters and drips (something else I love to do)before adding some stamped Aall and Create bats and a smudged black edge. Finally I drew in a frame, added more black around 'hole' and stamped some Tim Holtz letters.
I hope you will join us at TIOT this time, as usual the theme runs for two weeks. Maybe you will persuade me to enjoy 'Halloween' more!
The Rules and Guidelines are here if you need a reminder.
Thanks for looking, Chris

And a lovely spooky, atmospheric Halloween make it is too!

You certainly aced this page Chris. For someone who isn't into Halloween that is. I love the black drips and that crow on the tombstone is a super image. For some reason I totally forgot about stamping on tissue paper. I have a whole pack I should dig out. I hope you and the hubby are improving from your falls too. I bet it was scary . Take care please and have a wonderful mid-October. Luckily you won't have to do any more Halloween pages. :) hugs-Erika
