I've Got (another) Notion

Hi everyone, I am finding it easier to move around lately, the bruising is finally beginning to hurt less and I am concentrating much better!

I completed another page for Halle's Art Journal Journal theme 'I've Got A Notion'

While I am resting my foot I have been sorting through piles of 'stuff' I've been keeping!
Amongst them I found some black and white cards with photos sewing notions on them.

I had a page in my Kraft journal to which I added some stamping of stitches and then drew in some threads.

Added some washi measuring tape, one of the cards and some scissors cut from another one. I added some red buttons for a little pop of colour.

Thanks for looking, Chris

  1. This is incredible, Chris. I love the focal image. It looks very 3-D. And those scissors are wonderful. I wish my stitches looked as good as your stamped ones. Thanks for this amazing journal page which is perfect for Halle's theme at AJJ.

This is a cool page, and perfect for Halle's challenge. I hope the fit is improving quickly and that you're having a nice weekend. hugs-Erika

Sorting through piles is a worthwhile occupation of your time when it's more difficult to walk, that's for sure! Congrats on getting any of that done! Glad you are feeling better. :)
