Hi everyone, after making attempts to comment on blogs last week I got really bogged down. I have tried a few since and managed to leave comments so will keep on trying to revisit.
Sadly we did have to leave Paris, but not before our usual last day walk to Montsouris - by a more direct route this time.
We started by having a drink by the lake - it was a hot morning. I am joining Bleubeard and Elizabeth for T Stands For Tuesday at the Altered Book Lover blog
Some lovely Autumn colour
...and still lots of bright colours
We saw the swan again
Our taxi to Gare du Nord had to re-route because of demonstrations taking place so we got to see some of the places wet had walked by.
So, that's it! I may have a few random pics too show you but as I said - we have plans....
Tanks for looking, Chris
Hi Chris I always enjoy your Paris posts-enjoyed all of the photos very much.
ReplyDeletethe commenting issues must be a google issue-I read many are having issues with it too.
Happy T hugs Kathy
That's a great photo of you and your husband in Paris. You both look happy. And I like seeing Paris too. It looks warm but still so full of color. I hope you're able to get through with my blog. I was trying to see what the issue is but no luck figuring that out. I hope you had a wonderful T day and have a great rest of your week too. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteLook how happy and lovely you two look in Paris...definitely your home away from home:) Thanks for sharing your wonderful journeys through France, and Paris! Always appreciated Chris. Merci beaucoup. Happy T day!

Thanks for posting the pictures. It was a feast just looking through them. I particularly like the ones with glimpses of water. Happy T day.

ReplyDeletewhat a peaceful place to spend your last morning in Paris. thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI simply do NOT understand this blogger issue. This is my FIFTH time trying to leave a comment. I was leaving them on your blog, then all of a sudden, I couldn't leave the one about T day. I gave up and waited until I linked to AJJ tonight, hoping this will go through.
ReplyDeleteWow, Chris. I'm going to miss your trip to Paris photos. They are wonderful. You and T look so happy and he looks happy drinking his coke.
Montsouris is beautiful. I love the black swan. I've only seen one and it's at our zoo. Lovely paths and charming bridges over streams. Beautiful flowers still in bloom. And of course, I LOVE your selfies.
Thannks for one final visit to Paris and your cokes you shared with us for T this Tuesday, dear Chris.
I know you said Autumn color, but the flowers and blue skies are giving me Spring fever. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteSo wonderful to visit Paris with you and the happy photo of you both is so lovely with those smiling faces! It looks like you had lovely weather with your visit too, we actually have sunshine and blue skies today here too 😀. Happy T Day wishes! Hugs Jo x
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place, holding fond memories. I love the selfie :) Happy T Day!
ReplyDeleteHi Chris. I have gotten errors lately too on commenting. But no way I can comment from my iPad at all. I comment, and it just disappears. I have to do it from my laptop. And that is not as convenient. Also, I have to post my blog from my laptop. I used to be able to do it from my iPad, even had an app. That stopped working several years ago. I am not a fan of Blogger, but it is free!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos as always. Have a wonderful week!
Hi Chris, how lovely that you were back in Paris again! You both look so happy, no wonder! Also love the black swan, reminds me of the ones in Western Australia. Loved all your photos, cheered me up, as the weather here is awful. Happy T Day Elle/EOTC xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Love the black swan. :)
ReplyDeleteWow, are you in Paris? Oh wait, perhaps it was a previous visit. In any case it was lovely to join you in a walk and see the lake and the park. A beautiful black swan too.
ReplyDeleteSorry for the late comment, I've been busy.
Have a lovely weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca
