Still not much happening….

…but I have made a journal page! It's only in my A6 journal and I hope it will fit in with the theme at Art Journal Journey - Light and Darkness and Moo Mania and More which is Tea or Coffee.

I used some Infusions sprinkled and spritzed over the page and then stamped a really old wood mounted Christmas fireside stamp by Creative Expressions, coloured part of it and added a silhouette mug(made by painting one cut from a magazine)
We are back home now and I have some new goodies to play with so I'm crossing my fingers that they will spark something off, for now though I'm going out for a Birthday lunch, celebrating still being in my 60's!

Thanks for looking, Chris

It was so lovely to meet you at the weekend and spend a little time crafting together. A real joy and pleasure. Hope you had a decent journey home and hope we will meet back at the same place again very soon

  7. Ooh, I'd love to be sitting by a roaring fire with a nice gingerbread latte cupped between my hands (I'm not sure I've had a mochacinno, but that sounds pretty good too). I love the cosy feel of this page, those warm reds and the festive greenery. Hope you enjoyed the birthday lunch, and many happy returns!

  12. Your page is fabulous and that wonderful fireside stamp is very reminiscent of a childhood Christmas. I love caramel lattes all year round and I really should record that in my journal. Hope you had a great birthday lunch and wishing you many happy returns xxxx

  13. Well crap! Not only have I missed the deadline for making your Christmas gift, I've missed your birthday. This has turned out to be the worst Christmas season EVER. All I can do now is wish you a very happy birthday.

I'm still not sure what the infusions are, but I love the stamp you used and how it led to the mug. I can see you sitting in front of a fireplace sipping something warm right about now! Again, happy birthday.
