This is post from 2 years ago and I used my favourite Lynne Perrella stamps
My travel journal from our last trip away(to Italy) was without a cover - it now has a cut out LP picture and I've used my new favourite die too!
The background was made using parts of Paper Artsy LP stamps and a couple of stencils. The cut out itself was done using Faded Jeans on the top layer and Ripe Persimmon underneath.
I am just hopping in with my Second Look on the 2nd over at The Altered Booklover - Bluebeard and Elizabeth's blog.
I really have been quite busy again today!
Thanks for looking, Chris
Nice travel journal...thanks for re-sharing it.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful. I adore the LP stamp you used and the dies caught my eye immediately. You have a wonderful way of mixing pieces to suit your needs. This is so lovely and really quite timely, too. Thanks for bringing it back for Second on the 2nd.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great cover Chris. I love love Lynne Perrella stamps too. It feels very Italy. :) Erika

I sad to say I don't remember this, but I'm loving it all over again... the colours are gorgeous, and the LP woman looks perfect in her fiery archway.
