I am linking this to Art Journal Journey, the theme is 'If You Go Down To the Woods'
I overstamped the single stem to create an area in my woodland that has had some old trees cut down and replaced with saplings! I think it's good that for very tree that comes down it is replaced - sometimes with more than one tree! The background was made using my Brushos.
Here are my completed February pages
Today is also the day to link to Bleubeard and Elizabeth's for T Stands For Tuesday!
Yesterday and today have a been a little bit rushed - after yesterday's dashing about here, there and everywhere, today I have been stuck in meetings. Here at our retirement complex we have a board of owners and I have been to a finance meeting this morning followed by a riotous public meeting this afternoon - everyone was happy and in good spirits by the end though and I stayed on to socialise a bit!
My drink is a cappuccino I got free at the supermarket but it was too hot to drink so I brought it home and drank it(and remembered to take the photograph before I dashed off to Choose To Change)For those that didn't see my post yesterday - I have lost 2 Stones since January 2015(that's 28 pounds or 13.7kg)I am still losing weight although not so much this last month as I am still not taking my usual exercise yet!
We got out for a walk last week while at the caravan! I love watching out for the little birds at Leighton Moss RSPB reserve and although I couldn't get a photo I saw my favourite a Nuthatch.
This is usually just a little stream but there has been so much rain this year.
Friday...
Saturday….
…and Sunday. There are sheep in the field again - which means lambs…maybe before Easter.
The jackdaws were up in the tree - being noisy!
Tomorrow we are house sitting..again!
Thanks for looking, Chris

I have not thought a calendar page for my art journal. Are you actually creating them in your art journal. I was to do one for March. I think it is a wonderful idea. I have heard it mentioned before, but yours is the first I have seen. Both are so pretty, but March is especially appealing to me. Enjoyed all of your photos and especially the ones from the deck. What a beautiful vista. Thanks for your visit to my blog and your kind comment.genie
