Secret Speedy Birthday card...

…not the title I first thought of but a little less likely to attract the wrong type of person!!!
It was going to be "What goes on in my bedroom!" because that is where I had to go to finish this card!
I was expecting a visit from the person this card was for, when I realised I wouldn't see them again until after their birthday so I quickly set to making the card.
I had got as far as the random stamping down the edge of the square of card when hubby saw their car arrive in the car park! I quickly had to move everything to the bedroom as I knew she would want to see in my craft room. I just had time for a quick splatter of pink ink before the doorbell went!
So after initial greeting, kettle on, coffee made etc. I excused myself (left her chatting to hubby)and finished it off on my bed! Thank goodness for punches and stamps that stamp when you expect them to!! The purple card I used was a leftover - thank goodness, already stamped with text.
A handwritten message inside - done…..all in about 6 minutes!
I could relax then and enjoy her company!

No, she didn't guess and as she doesn't read my blog she will never know!!!!

Thanks for looking, Chris
