I love Sheila's theme at Art Journal Journey - she has chosen 'Architecture'. If you read my blog regularly you will know that we do a fair bit of visiting historical buildings and that architecture fascinates me both old and new!
I have used an image that you have already seen.
This time I have kept things neutral
The page was gessoed and then given a wash of blues and browns using DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics
A little bit of stencilling, oh yes! and the thinlets mixed media die that I finally got my hands on!! The rest is a stamping of random bits of various stamps.

ReplyDeleteLove the layered lattice, stencilled and thinlit (yay!) - it has a really structural architectural feel. The vintage neutrals are lovely and the LP image makes for a brilliant focal image.
